CRUNCH WRAP

You will need

Large (12-inch) flour tortilla  Tostada shell  (flat, 6-inch) Cooking oil

For the filling

Refried beans Black beans Veggies (spinach, cooked sweet potato, tomato) Cheese

First

Spread a layer of refried beans on the flour tortilla

Next

Add the tostada and black beans

Next

Layer the veggies

And of course

A layer of cheese

Folding

Make small folds in the tortilla toward the middle

Folding

The folds will overlap to completely cover the filling

Cook

Heat oil in a skillet & add the crunch wrap, folded side down first.

Cook

Cook 2-3 minutes, flip and repeat.

Serve

This crunch wrap is fantastic with salsa & other sauces
