Mix all ingredients well using a hand mixer or whisk to eliminate lumps.
1½ cup cake mix, ½ cup water, 1½ tablespoons vegetable oil, 1 egg, 1 egg yolk
Preheat waffle iron. If needed, spray lightly with cooking oil. Add batter and cook according to manufacturer’s directions. For a Dash mini waffle iron, use about ¼ cup batter and cook until the light indicates the waffle is ready.
