- 8 oz cream cheese Neufchatel
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 package English toffee bits or almond brickle chips 7-8 oz
- tart apples cut into slices or chunks
In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugars and vanilla.
Fold in toffee bits.
Serve with apples.
Refrigerate any leftovers.
