Grape Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ lb. red and green seedless grapes
  • 4 oz cream cheese room temperature
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 TB brown sugar
  • ½ cup pecans optional for topping
  • 1 TB brown sugar optional for topping

Instructions

  • Halve half of the grapes.
  • Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, salt and 2 tablespoons brown sugar. Once combined and the sugar is dissolved, add grapes and gently stir to coat.
  • Optional: Top with pecans and 1 tablespoon brown sugar just before serving.
