- 2 cups fruit fresh or frozen (mixed berries or sweet cherries)
- ¾ cup fruit juice
- 1 scoop protein powder vanilla flavored
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth.
Pour liquid into popsicle mold, add sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours.
