Breakfast Chaffle (Keto Waffles)

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tablespoon powdered sweetener I use Swerve
  • ½ cup almond flour

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together with an immersion blender or hand mixer to get a smooth batter.
    4 ounces cream cheese, 2 eggs, 1 Tablespoon powdered sweetener, ½ cup almond flour
  • Add 3 Tablespoons batter (for a mini waffle) to the waffle iron. Close and cook until brown.
  • Remove and repeat with remaining batter. serve with toppings of choice.

Notes

To freeze leftover waffles, let them cool to room temperature on paper towels. Lay flat on a plate, place the plate in the freezer for about 30 minutes. Once waffles are partially frozen, you can put them all in a plastic bag and return to the freezer. When desired, simply use your toaster to warm them up, then add preferred toppings
