Ingredients

  • 11 ounce tube French Bread dough
  • 2 Tablespoons butter divided
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 12 ounce can chicken cooked and shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 6- 7 large black olives
  • 1 baby carrot or about a 3-inch pointed tip from a regular carrot
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F. Brush one tablespoon of butter on the inside of the skillet. (10-inch)
    2 Tablespoons butter
  • Cut the bread dough into about 12 equal sized pieces and roll each into a ball.
11 ounce tube French Bread dough
  • Arrange the balls of dough around the outside of the skillet.
  • Melt the remaining tablespoon of butter. Brush the melted butter on the dough, then sprinkle with a little salt.
    Salt, 2 Tablespoons butter
  • In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayo, chicken, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Beat with an electric mixer until well blended.
8 ounces cream cheese, 1 cup mayonnaise, 12 ounce can chicken, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Spoon the dip into the skillet, and spread evenly so it touches the edges of the bread dough.
  • Bake for 32-38 minutes, until the dip is hot, and the bread is baked through and lightly brown.
  • While dip is baking, prepare the decoration. Set aside 2 black olives for eyes, then slice the other olives to make about 7 round slices.
    6- 7 large black olives
  • Remove the dip from the oven and decorate with olives and carrot to make a snowman face. If desired, brush the bread with a little more butter.
    1 baby carrot
  • Enjoy!

Notes

If you have a favorite warm dip, feel free to use it! You'll want it to be "white" for the snowman look 😃.
Feel free to substitute any other type of bread dough. Pizza crust dough or breadstick dough are great choices.
