Keto Salmon Patties
A keto version of a favorite!
Servings: 10 patties
- 10 oz salmon cooked (pouches work great)
- 1 egg
- ¼ c ground pork rind
- 2 TB mayo
- Dash of sriracha sauce to taste
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 TB avocado oil
Mix all ingredients except oil together in a bowl. Form into small patties and place on a plate. Refrigerate to set for at least 20 minutes.
Heat oil in a large skillet on medium-high. When oil is hot, add patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes each side, until brown and crisp. Remove to a paper towel-lined plate.
Serve with tartar sauce or avocado cream sauce (below).
