Chili Lime Shrimp
A delicious and healthy way to cook shrimp!
- 1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 lime cut in wedges
- 2-3 teaspoons chili lime seasoning Trader Joe’s
- Chopped cilantro to taste
- Oil – for cooking I use canola oil
Place shrimp in a bowl and add seasoning and a squeeze of lime. Stir to coat the shrimp evenly with the seasoning.
Heat a little oil in a skillet in medium-high and add the shrimp. Squeeze another wedge of lime into the skillet.
Cook, the shrimp, stirring, until done. Shrimp will be opaque and pink. Turn off the heat and sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
