Grinch Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Midori liqueur
  • 1 oz Limoncello liqueur
  • 5 oz lemon-lime soda
  • Red sanding sugar
  • 1 strawberry
  • 1 mini marshmallow

Instructions

  • Wet the glass rim and dip in red sanding sugar to coat.
  • Add Midori, Limoncello and soda to a cocktail shaker with some ice. Shake well.
  • Pour into martini glass or over ice in an old-fashioned glass, as desired.
  • Garnish with strawberry and marshmallow to resemble a Santa hat and serve.
