Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded coconut
  • Green food coloring liquid
  • 1 teaspoon water

Instructions

  • In a small cup, mix a teaspoon of water with 6 to 8 drops of green food coloring.

  • Place the coconut in a mixing bowl and sprinkle the water/food color mix over the top. Mix well to incorporate the color into the coconut.
    2 cups shredded coconut
  • Once the color is evenly distributed, you may choose to repeat to deepen the coconut color.
  • Spread the coconut out on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Allow to air dry several hours or overnight.
