Ground Beef Quesadillas
Use leftover taco meat to make a terrific quesadilla!

- ½ cup taco meat
- 2 ounces cheese
- 1 flour tortilla burrito size
- Canola oil for cooking
Heat oil in a large skillet on medium to medium-high heat. Add the flour tortilla and spread cheese all over the tortilla. Add meat to half of the tortilla, then use a spatula to flip the other half over to make a half-moon shape.
½ cup taco meat, 2 ounces cheese, 1 flour tortilla, Canola oil for cooking
Cook the quesadilla 2-3 minutes, until browned. Flip and cook the other side about 2 minutes.
Remove the cooked quesadilla to a cutting board and allow to cool slightly before cutting.
