MAIN INGREDIENTS

– Chicken breasts – Teriyaki marinade – Lettuce + cabbage – Pineapple + pico de gallo - Honey lime dressing

Marinate the chicken in teriyaki sauce for 2 hours.

Make the dressing and prep the salad ingredients.

Cook the breasts on a grill or in a heavy pan.

Toss lettuce with red cabbage.

Set up the salads on a plate or bowl.
