CORNBREAD DRESSING WITH BOILED EGGS

Hard-boiled eggs meet traditional comfort food in this cornbread dressing.

A hearty, satisfying, and delicious surprise!

INGREDIENTS

– Butter – Onion – Celery – Green pepper

In a large skillet, melt the butter on medium heat. Add the chopped celery, onion, and green pepper and sauté until softened, about 4 to 5 minutes.

Turn off the heat and add the cornbread, drained pimientos, and chopped eggs. Stir to distribute the butter, than add the chicken broth.

Mix well and season with salt and pepper, to taste. Transfer the mixture into a lightly greased casserole dish.

Cover and bake at 350° F for about 35 minutes, until completely warmed through.
