EASY APRICOT CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS

– Chicken thighs – Apricot preserves – Apple cider vinegar – Soy sauce - Garlic + Ginger

Season chicken with salt and pepper. Place in a hot pan with oil. Cook 4 to 5 minutes per side, until nearly done.

Remove chicken from skillet. Mix sauce ingredients in a small bowl.

Cook onion and garlic in the pan, then add the sauce mixture.

Add chicken back to the pan and simmer together.
