POTATO CRUSTED COD

When you need a healthy fish dinner without a lot of fuss, this cod is perfect!

Potato flakes make a lightly crispy crust. It gives that satisfying crunch without all the work of batter!

INGREDIENTS

– Cod fillets – Italian seasoning – Olive Oil - Flour - Egg - Parmesan cheese

Mix potato flakes with Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese, then mix in a little olive oil.

Coat the cod by dipping in flour, then egg, then the potato mixture.

Fry in a skillet for 3 minutes, then flip and place in the oven for 10 minutes.
