– Red velvet cake mix – Eggs – Canola oil – White chocolate chips
In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, oil and eggs. Stir until a smooth dough forms.
Add the white chocolate chips and stir to evenly distribute throughout the dough. Cover and refrigerate at least 15 minutes to firm the dough.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Make 1 to 2-inch balls of the chilled dough and place on the baking sheet, spaced 2-3 inches apart.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven. Cool at least 5 minutes on the baking sheet before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
