- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 egg
- 1 clove garlic minced
- ⅓ cup feta cheese crumbled
- 1 cup frozen spinach – thawed and squeezed dry
In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.

Form mixture into 4 patties, Place on a plate (wax paper lined) and then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
Preheat and lightly grease the grill or frying pan.
Cook over medium heat, about 8 to 10 minutes per side, until cooked through. Meat should no longer be pink in the center when done.
