Transfer the chops to the prepared baking sheet, then add the mushroom soup to the skillet with some water. Stir until smooth, and make sure you include all the browned bits from the bottom. Then add the seasonings and sliced mushrooms. Bring this mixture to a boil, then remove from heat.
