Ingredients

  • 1 box 18 to 18.4 ounce brownie mix
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 2 eggs large
  • ¼ cup butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the powdered sugar in a small bowl and set aside.
    ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • Add the brownie mix and flour to a large bowl. Whisk to break up any lumps and evenly distribute the flour throughout the mix.
    1 box, ¼ cup flour
  • Add the eggs, melted butter, and vanilla to the bowl and mix well to make a thick dough.
2 eggs, ¼ cup butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Use a small cookie scoop to form even sized balls of dough. Drop each ball in the powdered sugar and roll around to evenly coat. Place the balls of dough on the baking sheet, leaving at least 2 inches in between.
  • Bake the cookies for 10 minutes at 375F. Remove the baking sheet and let the cookies cool on the pan for 10 more minutes before removing to a wire rack to finish cooling.

Notes

Add ½ cup chocolate chips to the dough to make a double chocolate version!
