Coconut Pineapple Margarita

- 2 ounces tequila 1800 Coconut or silver
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- 2 ounces cream of coconut
- ¾ ounce lime juice fresh squeezed
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice.
2 ounces tequila, 2 ounces pineapple juice, 2 ounces cream of coconut, ¾ ounce lime juice
Shake vigorously for 30-60 seconds.
Strain into ice-filled glass of choice.
To garnish, wet rim of glass and dip in toasted coconut before filling with ice and drink. You can also garnish with slices of lime and/or pineapple for extra fun :)
To make it by the pitcher:
- 2¼ cups tequila
- 2¼ cups cream of coconut
- 2¼ cups pineapple juice
- 7 ounces lime juice
Stir very well to mix, then pour into ice filled glasses to serve.
