Lemonade Pie

Ingredients

  • 6 oz frozen lemonade concentrate thawed, ½ a normal can
  • 8 oz frozen whipped topping Cool Whip, thawed
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest or just the whole lemon
  • 1 prepared graham cracker crust 9 ounce, 2 extra serving size (10 inch)

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix the lemonade, sweetened condensed milk and lemon zest. Stir in whipped topping.
    6 oz frozen lemonade concentrate, 8 oz frozen whipped topping, 14 oz sweetened condensed milk, 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • Pour filling into the prepared crust.
    1 prepared graham cracker crust
  • Freeze for at least 4 hours until firm.

Notes

Lemonade concentrate used to be sold in 6 ounce cans, but they are now all 12 ounces. Be sure to use only half the can, unless you are making 2 pies.
