Ingredients
16ouncesrefried black beans1 can
1cupshredded cheeseCheddar, Monterey Jack, or a blend all work great
½cupsalsa
1tablespoontaco seasoning
¼cupsour cream
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375F and spray a 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray.
In a small bowl, mix refried black beans with salsa, shredded cheese, and taco seasoning. Spread the mixture into the prepared pie plate.
16 ounces refried black beans, 1 cup shredded cheese, ½ cup salsa, 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
Bake the bean dip, uncovered, for 20 to 25 minutes. The mixture should be slightly bubbly on the edges and heated through.
Place the sour cream in a pastry bag fitted with a round tip. Use the pastry bag to draw concentric circle on top of the hot dip. Then, draw intersecting lines from the center to the outer ring to form a web.
¼ cup sour cream
Serve warm with dippables of choice!
