  • ½ cup salsa
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • ¼ cup sour cream

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix refried black beans with salsa, shredded cheese, and taco seasoning. Spread the mixture into the prepared pie plate.
16 ounces refried black beans, 1 cup shredded cheese, ½ cup salsa, 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • Bake the bean dip, uncovered, for 20 to 25 minutes. The mixture should be slightly bubbly on the edges and heated through.
  • Place the sour cream in a pastry bag fitted with a round tip. Use the pastry bag to draw concentric circle on top of the hot dip. Then, draw intersecting lines from the center to the outer ring to form a web.
    ¼ cup sour cream
  • Serve warm with dippables of choice!

Notes

Adjust the spice level by using mild or hot salsa, adding chopped jalapeno peppers, or additional taco seasoning.
