Almond Milk for pancakes?

Yes, almond milk works great and is dairy free!

Mix the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, sugar and salt

Add wet: egg, oil, butter  & almond milk

Note: use plant based butter for dairy free pancakes

Mix well batter should be mostly smooth

Rest batter wait 5 minutes while you preheat the griddle

Cook  use 1/4 cup batter per pancake

Cook  2-3 minutes, until the surface is bubbly

Flip  cook 1-2 minutes more

Enjoy  serve with syrup, fruit, etc
