Chocolate Peppermint Martini
This chocolate martini is sweet enough to be dessert, but you can make it any time you're in the mood! The flavor will remind you of a Thin Mint cookie, in liquid form.

- 1 ounce peppermint schnapps
- 2 ounces chocolate liqueur
- 2 ounces half n half
Optional for decoration
- 1 teaspoon chocolate syrup to taste
- Candy canes for garnish
Glass decoration:
To make the chocolate swirl, drizzle chocolate syrup around the inside edge of the martini glass, then place the glass in the freezer for at least 5 minutes.

Cocktail:
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour the peppermint schnapps, chocolate liqueur, and half and half into the shaker.

Cover and shake.
Strain into prepared martini glass.
Garnish with a small candy cane or other garnish as preferred

If using plant-based milk to substitute for the half & half, start with a lesser amount of peppermint schnapps and adjust after tasting.
Garnish with whipped cream and crushed candy canes to take it over the top!
