- 2 ⅔ cups milk*
- 1 small box instant pudding chocolate (3.9 oz or 1.4 oz if sugar-free)
In a mixing bowl, combine the dry pudding mix with milk. Whisk or stir together at least 2 minutes. Pudding mix should be dissolved and the pudding with start to thicken slightly.
2 ⅔ cups milk*, 1 small box instant pudding
Fill popsicle molds with the pudding mixture. Insert sticks and cover as needed. Place in freezer 8 hours/overnight.
Once frozen, your fudgesicles are ready to be removed from the molds and enjoyed!
*Dairy milk seems to give the best results, but dairy-free milk can be used as desired. Almond milk yields a very icy texture, whereas full fat coconut milk makes a very creamy fudgesicle.
Either chocolate or chocolate fudge flavor pudding works. I like them both!
Nutrition estimates are based upon using dairy milk and regular pudding mix (not sugar free).
