- ¼ cup Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons grapeseed oil or sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons lime juice fresh squeezed
Add all ingredients to a small blender.

Blend on high speed 30 to 60 seconds, until uniformly smooth.
Place in a jar with lid and refrigerate until ready to use.
To make this dressing sugar free, use a sugar free honey and a sugar substitute like erythritol (Swerve).
This recipe makes about a cup of dressing; serving size is assumed to be 2 tablespoons.
