- 1 box Red Velvet cake mix 15.25 ounces
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup canola oil
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, oil and eggs. Stir until a smooth dough forms. Add the white chocolate chips and stir to evenly distribute throughout the dough. Cover and refrigerate at least 15 minutes to firm the dough.

Preheat oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Make 1 to 2-inch balls of the chilled dough and place on the baking sheet, spaced 2-3 inches apart. I use a medium (2 tablespoon) cookie scoop for this.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven. Cool at least 5 minutes on the baking sheet before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
