- 16.5 ounce chocolate chip cookie dough 24 count
- 24 Rolo candies unwrapped
Preheat your oven to 350F.
Cut the cookie dough into equal sized pieces using the lines in the dough as guides. Place one portion of dough into each pocket of a mini muffin pan. It is not necessary to shape the dough into a ball or anything, the square will fill the round pocket as it bakes.

Place one piece of unwrapped Rolo candy into each portion of dough.

Bake the cookies for 12 to 14 minutes. The cookies will be set and the edges very lightly golden brown.
Cool the cookies in the pan for at least 30 minutes. The longer they cool, the easier they will be to remove.
Use a butter knife to slide along the edge of each cooled cookie, and they will pop right out of the pan.
