What I love about making my own salad dressing is the ability to control the ingredients and tweak the proportions as I prefer. I decided to try a sugar free version and the result was fabulous!

It requires a substitution for the honey as well as the sugar. The ones I chose were Allulose honey and Swerve(erythritol) (affiliate links) and I have to say, you absolutely cannot tell that this is sugar free salad dressing!

The texture of this dressing was incredible – silky smooth with just the right amount of thickness to coat each leaf of lettuce evenly. It clung to my salad beautifully.

Yes I love the texture. And unlike other dressings, this one doesn't seem to separate when stored in the fridge - bonus!
